Planning a Retreat, a Conference, Church weekend away, House party, Reunion, School trip, or a family Celebration?

Harepath Holidays is the ideal venue for the small group. We have flexible accommodation that can sleep up to 35 people, and we can cater up to 50 delegates for non residential events.

Our facilities make us ideal for many different types of events and conferences. We have the Chapel Conference Suite, which seat up to 50 delegates with theatre style seating. The seating can be arranged in different styles depending on the group. We can place chairs into a more intimate circle, or for the business meeting or training event we can have boardroom style meeting around tables. For schools and youth events the chairs can be removed completely and the room used for games and other activities.

The Chapel Conference Suite has a OHP and Screen, flip chart and music stands. A television and video or DVD player can be set up here if required.

Smaller groups can use the sitting room for more infomral meetings. There is a television and video here and a DVD player if required.

Our Dining room can seat up to 35 people for meals and can also be used and can also be used as a small conference room, though we will need access to prepare for meals.

Our other facilities include the Indoor Heated Swimming pool, which makes the venue ideal for youth groups and school parties. We have over 5 acres of grounds which you are free to explore and use while at Peacehaven. They can be used for team building events, games and activities.
