How to Book Online
- Use our on-line availability checker to see if we have vacancies when you would like to stay.
- Reserve your room and pay the full amount by Credit Card.
- Alternatively, if your stay is longer than 2 weeks away, check availability for the whole stay, but only book the first night as a deposit. Add a comment to the booking stating the full stay length. When we receive the booking we will update the booking to the full length. We will then send out confirmation to you of the full booking and the balance due.
- Receive confirmation from us of booking.
- Seriously consider taking out holiday Insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances. Details will be sent with booking confirmation.
- Have a great Holiday!

- Please contact us and find out when we have vacancies and reserve the room and dates of your choice.
- Send a booking form to Peacehaven with the correct deposit.
- Seriously consider taking out Holiday Insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure the balance of payment reaches us at least 1 week before your stay is due to commence.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Provisional Bookings
A provisional booking will be held for 14 days. After that time we reserve the right to offer the vacancy to other guests.
Deposits
A deposit and a completed booking form are required to secure a booking.
Deposits are 20% of total booking value. Minimum deposit is £25.00.
Cancellations
Cancellations received within four weeks of the start of your visit as indicated on the booking form involve the payment of Half fees.
Cancellations received within one week of the start of your visit as indicated on the booking form involve the payment of Full Fees.
Cancellations received before four weeks of the start of your visit as indicated on the booking form involve the loss of deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment
Harepath Holidays should receive the FULL balance at least one week before your stay is due to commence as detailed on the booking form.
Cheque's should be made payable to 'Harepath Holidays Ltd. '
Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
Meal Times
Breakfast 8.30am, Evening Meal 6.00pm.
On Sundays we serve the main meal at 1.00pm.
Other times by prior arrangement only.
Rooms
Rooms will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure or extra charges will be incurred. Other times by prior arrangement only.
Peacehaven is a no smoking establishment.
Sorry, no dogs allowed at present due to sheep in our fields.
